"If I could give 3,000 stars, I would. First, they were so helpful in the booking process. Their office manager was amazing and always so helpful with my (frequent) e-mails. I received a text message from our driver, the night before, going over information, when I was notified our flight had been delayed 10 hours. I got busy e-mailing their office when our driver told me I could relay the information to him without a problem. He mentioned we wouldn't be able to do the grocery stop because of our late arrival time but he would be happy to pick up our order before picking us up. WHAT?! Fantastic customer service!!! He then proceeded to tell me I set the pick up for the wrong date when I gave him the pick up link, which was amazing, because I was able to quickly correct the date and gave him an updated link. Fast forward to our pick up. He was waiting for us right on time with our groceries in the back (including 2 24 packs of water!), car seat and booster seat correctly installed, and loaded our luggage in the back. He was very friendly, telling us lots of great information on the way there. When we arrived, he unloaded our luggage, helped us get it on the luggage cart, and gave us tips on how to use the luggage cart without struggling. When our trip was (unfortunately) coming to a close, he texted me again the day before, letting me know when he would arrive. He arrived promptly, loaded our luggage in the back, and we set off to the airport. He was utterly fantastic to work with, and I will always book through Majestic Private Transportation!"
