Your driver will contact you when you land. Just follow signs to your airline’s baggage claim even if you did not check luggage. Please do advise us if you did NOT check luggage. We use MCO’s Express Pickup located on level one INSIDE the terminal NOT OUTSIDE where bus and hotel shuttle buses are seen. Take the elevator (not the escalator) closest to your luggage carousel down to level one, the Express pickup doors are straight ahead when the elevator doors open. Your driver will be either standing there or driving up to the door. It seems really hard to grasp that pickups are done within the terminal, our vehicles go through a security check prior to every pickup.
If you need to be picked up at MCO after 12:00am and before 8:00am, you will need to go to ground transportation where you see the bus and shuttle buses, just inform your driver that you are outside and tell him the number where you are, your driver will pull up within 3 minutes.

Yes. Every car seat we provide is free of charge regardless of how many your family needs. We install infant seats, convertible toddler seats, and high-back boosters in our SUVs based on the ages and weights you give us at booking. Every driver on our team is trained to install the seats correctly, and the seats are cleaned and sanitized between every ride so you do not have to drag a car seat through MCO with the rest of your luggage.
Yes. When you book on our website, you can add an optional grocery stop and we will suggest a Publix or Walmart that lines up with your hotel so you are not detouring far off the route. Your driver helps load the bags back into the SUV when you are done.
If your flight lands after the stores you would normally use have closed, we can also pick up your grocery list for you for the same fee and deliver the items directly to your resort, which saves families a late-night run with tired kids.
As soon as your flight details are confirmed. We get at least one to two calls a day for same-day pickups that we cannot accommodate because our schedule is already full, especially during holiday weeks, spring break, and busy convention windows in Orlando. Booking early also lets us reserve the right vehicle and the right car seats for your party rather than fitting you into whatever is left on the day of travel.

We require a credit card on file in case you cancel within 24 hours of your booked ride. Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel for any reason other than a flight cancellation. In such cases, you will only be charged $25 if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking.
We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your transportation needs in case your flight gets canceled or delayed.
